Detox: continue deep cleaning pores by extracting excess oil & flushing out impurities.
What is a HydroFacial?
A HydroFacial is a multi-step wet MicroDermabrasion procedure that utilizes hydro-technology to exfoliate, detoxify, replenish and rehydrate your skin. It delivers immediate results without discomfort, irritation, or downtime. This multi-step procedure uses a series of hydro-technology tips to perform different functions. The HydroDerm Tip has an abrasive edge which gently exfoliates the skin with each pass. The HydroExtraction Tip has a unique spiral design that creates a vortex which is effective in dislodging blackheads and flushing impurities. The HydroFusion Tip infuses skin with professional-strength hyaluronic acid, anti-aging antioxidants and peptides. These water-soluble treatment serums do not just sit on top of the epidermis, like a lotion or cream. The hydro-technology tips are able to more effectively deliver therapeutic ingredients deeper into the skin, resulting in higher levels of cell absorption.
An enzyme peel step using a HydroPeel Tip may be added as an advanced treatment for even deeper exfoliation. A HydroPeel provides more dramatic results in brightening pigmentation, reducing breakouts, and firming skin.
Am I a candidate for a HydroFacial?
A HydroFacial is suitable for all skin types, including thin or aging skin, ethnic skin, dry or oily skin. Even the most sensitive skin easily tolerates a HydroFacial. Other skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema can benefit from this treatment as well. Our skin care therapist will tailor the corrective serums to treat your unique skin condition.
How long does the treatment take?
A HydroFacial session takes approximately 45-60 minutes. If other treatments are added to the session, additional time with be required.
Is there any downtime or pain?
There is no discomfort during the procedure. It is often described as feeling like "a cool paintbrush moving slowly over your face." Skin may appear slightly pink after treatment, but will quickly subside. You may put on make-up and return to normal activities right after the treatment as there is no downtime. You should always wear sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun for the next several days.
What results may be expected?
A HydroDerm Facial improves the appearance of fine lines, congested (blackheads) or enlarged pores, oily or acne-prone skin, hyperpigmentation and brown spots.
How many treatments are needed to see results? How long do results last?
Many people see visible skin refinement and an even, radiant skin tone after just one treatment. Depending on your skin type, frequency will vary. A single treatment is perfect for those who need a fresh and glowing appearance for a special event or occasion. For those wanting to maintain healthy skin and a vibrant look, monthly or seasonal treatments are recommended.
Hydration, anti-oxidants, and collagen are the foundation to healthy, radiant skin. UV exposure, as well as dehydration and skin irritants, have been proven to increase signs of aging. Triggered by repeated exposure to the elements, sun damage, smoking, pollution, and genetics, a decrease in the skin’s tone and texture can add unwarranted years onto a person’s appearance. Over time, both men and women develop discoloration, enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles.
Your skin is most beautiful when it’s healthy. Skin is unique in that it has the ability to regenerate and renew itself. A HydroDermabrasion Facial will help restore your skin to its healthiest state by removing impurities and replenishing your skin with essential nutrients and hydration. A HydroDermabrasion Facial is not only effective at improving overall skin health, but also excellent for minimizing:

What is the difference between MicroDermabrasion and HydroDermabrasion?
MicroDermabrasion uses an abrasive tip to provide maximum strength physical exfoliation by buffing the outermost skin layer. It’s best performed on heavy dead skin, rough skin, severely pigmented skin or pitted skin.
HydroDermabrasion is a Wet Microdermabrasion. It uses saline water as a cleansing and exfoliating medium along with other serums that hydrate and replenish the skin. It is gentler than Dry MicroDermabrasion and is more suitable for those with sensitive skin conditions. Throughout the process, as the dead skin cells are exfoliated and blackheads are extracted, the skin is covered by various serums which decrease irritation and target specific conditions. The serum is easily absorbed and supplies the skin with vital nutrition and moisture. Unlike MicroDermabrasion, HydroDermabrasion does not cause friction or produce heat or inflame the skin, so HydroDermabrasion can be used safely and painlessly to treat acne sufferers and to gently exfoliate rosacea and other sensitive skin conditions.
Rehydrate: infuse Hyaluronic Acid deeper into the skin, restoring hydration & rejuvenation.
Exfoliate: loosen dry, dead skin cells, dirt & other debris to unclog pores.
