Sensi Peel®
A TCA blend (12% Lactic Acid & 6% TCA) primarily formulated for ethnic skin and other extremely sensitive skin types. This gentle solution is appropriate for all skin types, conditions and sensitivity levels. This treatment is especially ideal for sensitive skin, as it produces only a mild tingling sensation. This peel also contains Azeleic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Marshmallow Root Extract, Linseed Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. Sensi Peel will strengthen and brighten the skin while helping to treat sun damage and other forms of hyper pigmentation. This multi-faceted treatment also provides anti-inflammatory, anti-acne and antibacterial action, making it an excellent choice for helping calm rosacea, as redness and inflammation can subside substantially after treatment.

Ultra Peel®
A TCA blend (20% Lactic & 10% TCA) specially formulated to treat dehydrated and maturing skin. Ultra Peel is also appropriate for many skin types, conditions and sensitivities. It will help treat smoker’s skin, pigment disorders, sun damaged skin and acne.  Moderate to aggressive exfoliation will be experienced, depending on the number of layers applied. This peel also contains Azeleic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Vitamin C, Chaste Tree Berry Extract, Linseed Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. Overall, the final result will be plump, hydrated and ultra-soft skin.

PCA Peel®
Enhanced Jessner formulas resulting in a deeper peel, effectively exfoliates with blends of 14% Lactic Acid and 14% Salicylic Acid, while lightening and inhibiting pigment production with Kojic Acid,  Vitamin C, Hydroquinone, and Resorcinol. PCA Peel helps repair, reduce and inhibit active acne, control oil, soften lines and smooth skin texture, and lighten skin tone.

PCA SKIN® PEEL ADD-ON's  ~  Enhance the results of your PCA Peel with one of these effective add-ons:

The better the health of your skin, the less likely you will experience sensitization or adverse reactions to a chemical peel. Cracked or dehydrated skin allows for more penetration of chemical peeling agents, which can cause itching, stinging, or burning. It is strongly recommended that every client receives at least one preliminary facial prior to receiving a PCA SKIN® PEEL. A few facial treatments may be necessary to prepare your skin to ensure that you can tolerate the highly active peel ingredients. Priming the skin before performing a PCA SKIN® PEEL will ensure that treatments are a success and that every client receives the best results possible while recovering faster without adverse reactions.

Ideal on all skin types for treating aging skin, acne, or skin discoloration caused by blemishes or sun-damage.

A PCA Skin peel is an advanced exfoliating treatment custom formulated for your particular skin type, condition, and sensitivity level.  These professional strength peels provide nourishing ingredients that brighten, smooth and hydrate the skin’s surface, while TCA, Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid join together to gently produce dramatic changes in your skin. A peel softens and smooths skin's texture, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, brightens and evens skin tone, and assists in clearing  breakouts.

Includes: skin analysis, double cleanse, custom PCA Skin Peel, corrective serums, and protective moisturizer.

  • These superficial peels result in little to no downtime. Treatments may cause slight redness, tightness, peeling, flaking and/or temporary dryness.
  • Most clients find it unnecessary to apply makeup, as the skin will be smooth, dewy and radiant following your treatment. If you would like to apply makeup, allow approximately an hour for the pH of the skin to stabilize before applying foundation.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and excessive heat. Always use daily sunscreen protection.
  • Do NOT pick or pull on any loosening or exfoliating skin. This could potentially cause hyperpigmentation.
  • Do NOT apply ice or ice water to the treated areas.
  • Do NOT put the face directly into a hot shower spray.
  • Do NOT use a hot tub, steam room or sauna.
  • Do NOT participate in activities that would cause excessive perspiration.
  • Do NOT direct a hair dryer onto the treated area.
  • STAY COOL! Getting overheated internally can cause hyperpigmentation.
  • Do NOT go to a tanning booth for at least 3 weeks before or after a treatment. It is recommended to avoid tanning booths completely.
  • Do NOT go swimming for a week.
  • Discontinue use of Retin-A®/Renova®/Tazorac®/Avage® for a week post-treatment. Always check with your physician before discontinuing the use of any prescription medications.
  • Do NOT have any electrolysis, collagen, Botox® or other dermal filler injections for a week.
  • Do NOT have any facial waxing or use depilatories for a week after treatment.

Your post-treatment care will impact the results of PCA SKIN® PEEL. Immediately after your peel, your skin may appear red and flushed. As your skin goes through the renewal process, it is normal to experience dryness, redness and tightness, as well as some peeling or flaking within a week. You may also notice a temporarily more pronounced appearance of pigmentation as it rises to the skin’s surface. These side effects will subside quickly with proper post-treatment care, starting with the PCA SKIN® Post-Procedure Solution Kit (retail price $40). After a peel, your skin is sensitive. You should use a sensitive skin facial wash and always wear a sunscreen (minimum SPF 30) to minimize possible sun damage. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks to prevent hyperpigmentation. Your skin will likely begin flaking within the first 2-3 days after the peel. Never pick or pull shedding skin, allow skin to naturally slough off. You may polish your face using a gentle exfoliator. You may continue flaking for approximately 7-10 days post peel. Keep treated area moisturized for the duration of the peeling process by applying a slightly thicker moisturizer.

  • If you are lactating, pregnant or think you might be pregnant, you can NOT receive a chemical peel. However as a peel alternative, you can receive an Oxygenating Trio® Treatment.

  • If you are using a prescribed exfoliant such as Retin-A®, Renova®, Differin®, Tazorac®, Avage® or a high percentage Glycolic Acid product, discontinue use for approximately 10 days prior to your chemical peel. Please consult your physician before discontinuing the use of any prescription medication.
